Bruce D. Tahsler

Bruce
D. Tahsler is responsible for coordinating the efforts of High Real
Estate Group LLC’s acquisition and investment teams. In this
capacity, Mr. Tahsler oversees the functional areas within High
Investors Ltd. and High Associates Ltd. critical to the successful
acquisition of income-producing real estate and serving private
investors. Additionally, Mr. Tahsler is responsible for property
management operations for all residential assets.
Mr. Tahsler
began his business career in 1977 as a residential sales agent.
Beginning in 1981, Mr. Tahsler worked in the financial control
and corporate development areas for several Fortune 1000 companies
before joining High Associates in 1987 as acquisitions specialist.
Mr. Tahsler was promoted to vice president in 1990 and to his
current position of senior vice president in 1997.
A licensed Pennsylvania Associate Real Estate Broker and NASD
registered representative, Mr. Tahsler's expertise lies in real
estate acquisitions and dispositions, financing, property management
and syndications. He is a member of the Lancaster County
Association of Realtors, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors,
and the National Association of Realtors. He also serves as
a high school classroom consultant for Junior Achievement of Central
Pennsylvania, Inc.
Mr. Tahsler
holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Amherst College and a Masters
in Business Administration from Drexel University.
