Fitzgerald, President and Chief Operating Officer of High Associates Ltd., is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of High Associates Ltd.; High Investors Ltd.; High Realty Investors and High Securities. Additionally he guides the planning, development and implementation of the strategic plans for all investment grade real estate held by High Real Estate Group LLC. Currently the portfolio has a projected market value of approximately $500,000,000 with annual revenues of $75,000,000.

High Real Estate Group's expertise is also applied to the advantage of its external customers and Mr. Fitzgerald has led major development projects for customers such as Albertson's and Philips CSI.

Mr. Fitzgerald leads High Real Estate Group's growth via both development and acquisition. From 1993 to 2001, 950,000 square feet of new commercial/industrial properties with an aggregate market value of $67,000,000 were added to the portfolio. Additionally, High Real Estate Group made its first entry into the Charlotte, North Carolina office market. Through acquisition and development, the Charlotte portfolio has now expanded to over 635,000 total square feet. 

During the same time, the multi-family residential portfolio grew from 1,200 units to 3,000 units with a value of $160,000,000. The majority of this growth came from acquisitions in existing markets in the southeastern United States and the development of Class-A luxury apartments in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.   

Mr. Fitzgerald also plays a key role in structuring a public/private partnership between Penn Square Partners and the Lancaster County Convention Center Authority for a 300-room privately held Marriott Hotel coupled with a 180,000 square foot publicly-held convention center. With an anticipated projected completion date of 2008, the project will be the cornerstone of economic revitalization in downtown Lancaster.

A Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Mr. Fitzgerald is active in industry and community activities. He is a member of the National Association of Security Dealers (NASD), the National Association of Realtors, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, the Lancaster County Association of Realtors, the Institute of Real Estate Management and is chairman of the Board of Directors of the Schreiber Pediatrics Rehab Center of Lancaster County. 

Mr. Fitzgerald holds a B.S in Economics and Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
