Beverly J. Vorhees, Regional Manager and Broker for High Associates’ Florida Region, is responsible for managing the Parkland Center portfolio and new construction and commercial development in the Sarasota/Manatee market. A fifteen-year veteran of High Associates, an Accredited Management Organization, Ms. Vorhees provides guidance and expertise to customers’ build-to-suit projects. 

Ms. Vorhees entered the real estate industry in 1984 managing a diverse selection of multi-family developments from construction through lease-up. Additionally, she was involved with numerous rehabilitation projects which provided valuable knowledge of the construction process as well as management experience.

Ms. Vorhees is a candidate for the Certified Property Manager designation of the Institute of Real Estate Management and is a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker. She is a member of the Manatee Economic Development Council and has served as Chairperson of the Existing Industry Committee. She is a Board Member and Secretary of Parkland Center Owners Association, and is a member of the Manatee Board of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Having served on several industry and community boards throughout her career, Ms. Vorhees currently serves as a Director of the Parkland Center Owners Association and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management.
