Charles E. Samley, REALTOR^®, is responsible for the sales and leasing of commercial property, industrial property, and income-producing property, with an emphasis on retail properties and shopping centers.

He is responsible for general brokerage accounts where he represents buyers and sellers with selling and leasing of commercial, industrial, and income-producing property.

Mr. Samley began his career in real estate in 1971 as the General Manager of the Park City Center, a 1,500,000 square foot regional mall in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He has managed, leased and developed shopping centers for major developers throughout the United States, such as the Murray Goodman Company, B.E.A. Associates, Park City Associates, Pennmark Inc., Dusco Property Management and First Union Management R.E.I.T.

Mr. Samley is a native of Eastern Pennsylvania and is active in many community activities. He also serves on several boards. He is associated with the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds an active membership in the organization.
