Ms. Pierce joined the High Associates, Ltd.'s Harrisburg Regional Office in 2001. She uses her 15 years of real estate experience to assist a wide variety of commercial and industrial clients.  Specializing in retail and landlord representation, she also handles the sale and leasing of commercial, industrial and office properties, as well as land transactions.

Past and current real estate customers include: Productivity Point International; Mellon Bank; Supreme Court of Pennsylvania; Sun Home Health Systems; Roman Catholic Diocese of Harrisburg; David S. Brown Enterprises; Greenspring Developers, Ltd.; First Republic Corporation of America; Commerce Bank; Sybra, Inc. (Arby’s Franchisee); Russoli Enterprises (Jersey Mike Subs Franchisee); Tasty Baking Company; RVG Management & Developers; and Union Deposit Corporation.

Ms. Pierce has worked as a volunteer on several fund raising projects for the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank and the American Heart Association.  She also contributes to the Business Women's Forum held in conjunction with five area chambers of commerce. 

Ms. Pierce is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Harrisburg Regional Chamber of Commerce.  She is also a past board member of the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS^® and the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS^®.
