Eric M. Lehmayer, MAI, Appraisal Services Manager, is responsible for the development of fee income through corporate real estate services that includes real estate appraisal and consulting services. He evaluates real estate tax assessments for all High family-owned real estate and syndicated partnerships, and manages High Associates' appraisal staff.

Mr. Lehmayer began his real estate career in 1985 in the commercial and industrial division of Coldwell Banker - Bob Yost, Inc. and received his Associate Broker’s license and his GRI designation from the Pennsylvania Realtors Institute. In 1992, he became a commercial real estate appraiser and earned his state certification as a general appraiser. Mr. Lehmayer has testified in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, Lancaster County Board of View, and in numerous Boards of Assessment Appeal. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute serving as president of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter, and is a licensed instructor for pre-licensing real estate courses.

Mr. Lehmayer holds a B.S. in Business Administration from The American University and the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. He is active in various community activities and is the chairman of the Zoning Hearing Board of Spring Garden Township, York, PA.
